In the previous rotulus, we delved into the valley of dry bones. It was recalled how that the nation Israel fought many wars in recent times the same as the days of old and how that God gave them victory in those wars. We walked through the 6-Day War, Yom Kippur War (Holy War) among many others. It was miraculous how God gave them victory round about them. The theme,  “God’s end-time dealings with Israel”  is to walk Israel through history and convey by the scriptures, expectations for Israel at this end of time.

To establish a context for this rotulus, please read through the rotulus on Historic Wars where we established a number of proceeding events that lead to the Miracle War. We recalled how that the return of Israel back to his (because Israel is the only nation referred to as the male of all lands) land after the Holocaust, set the stage for the end-time Arabic hatred and how many prophecy teachers have taught that the 6-Day War is the fulfillment of Psalms 83 against Israel and as such, they do not see the Miracle War. However, the truth is that the 6-Day War is the beginning of the fulfillment of the Psalms 83 coalition which will cumulate in the Miracle War. We drew a sequence of wars which is from the 6-Day War to Yom Kippur War and finally the Miracle War.

To everything under heaven, there is a purpose (Ecclesiastes 3:1). The Miracle War has purposes that God wants to fulfill. We shall be looking at the purpose of the Miracle War and the progression of the Miracle War. We must note that the term, “Miracle War”, does not occur in scriptures. However, prophecy teachers choose to call it Miracle War because it would be fought under miraculous and supernatural conditions.

Purposes of The Miracle War

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

—Ecclesiastes 3:1

To everything, there is a purpose. Things don’t just happen; there are purposes to be achieved in the occurrence of events and also the Miracle War is set out to achieve several purposes. This is beyond a showing of Israel’s supremacy over her Arab neighbors for this war sets the stage for the fulfillment of many end-time events and prophecies. The purposes therefore of the miracle war includes the following but is not limited to

  1. Give Israel every border of her land (Genesis 15:18).
  2. To famish the gods and deal with that Arabic Islam spirit (Zephaniah 2:11).
  3. To allow Israel to build her millennial temple (Ezekiel 40Ezekiel 47)
  4. Execute judgment against the Arabs so as to deal with the old hatred (Ezekiel 25:15, Ezekiel 35:5)
  5. To allow for the Endtime immigration of Israel, thus bringing about the binding of two sticks (Ezekiel 37:22, Isaiah 11:11-12)
  6. To set the destruction/execute judgment against Russia and completely deal with Islam (Ezekiel 38, Ezekiel 39).

Israel is God’s battle axe (Jeremiah 51:20) and Judah is the goodly horse in battle (Zechariah 10:3).

The Miracle War will be fought by the hands of Israel with supernatural backings (Ezekiel 25:13-14).

1. To Give Israel Every Border Of Her Land

In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:

—Genesis 15:18

Today with respect to the entire borders of the land given to Abraham, the Jews are barely occupying about one-third of the land. From time to time, Israel has lost borders of her land due to wars, division, dispersions, etc.

With the Jews out of the Land until 1948, the Arabs moved in the land and when the Jews returned, only a small fragment of vast land promised to Abraham was available. Hence, we see the Jews engaging in war since their return and just as it was in the days of the exodus, without a mighty hand, the Arabs won’t leave the land of Israel.

19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

—Acts 3:19-21

Heaven must retain Jesus until the restitution of all things to Israel. This is not limited to Israel’s restoration to faith but this also includes her land. There will be an array of battles that will bring about a recovery of the entire borders of the Land and this is set forth in the Miracle War. Today, the population and land ratio is not in Israel’s favor and as such the Arabs are breathing threats against Israel.

2. To Famish Their gods.

The LORD will be terrible unto them: for he will famish all the gods of the earth; and men shall worship him, every one from his place, even all the isles of the heathen.

—Zephaniah 2:11

In God’s dealing in the Miracle War, God’s intent is also to famish all the gods of the Earth which will bring about men turning to God in worship. Paul, the apostle said that “there be things that are called gods and they are many (1 Corinthians 8:5-6) but indeed, there is just one God“.

To famish means to reduce (someone) to extreme hunger or to make very hungry or weak. With the display of God through the armies in Israel in the Miracle War, they will famish the gods of all the Earth and deprive them of worship as men we will turn to the majesty of Yahweh. Considering the locality of the war, God will be dealing with the Islam spirit and Allah, the god of the Muslims will be famished as his worshippers shall forsake him. Also, the gods of Buddhism, Hinduism, Krishna, and the likes will all be famished. We must understand that this war will be televised and as such the whole world will see it and when they see the Valiant display of Israel, they would remember the days of the Exodus, the days of Jordan and they will acknowledge that God is the Lord of the Jews. Even atheism will be dealt with by the Miracle War as those who have never believed God will see the display of God in battle and they will turn to Him. The United Nations will be scattered as we do not see her in the 70th week of Daniel or not as dominant as European Union.

Let’s consider some scriptures.

Yet will I bring again the captivity of Moab in the latter days, saith the LORD. Thus far is the judgment of Moab.

—Jeremiah 48:47

God says, when He is done with Moab, He will bring again their captivity. When He has dealt with the Islamic spirit, also in Egypt, there will be an altar unto God (Isaiah 17:7, Isaiah 19:23-25).

Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.

—Zechariah 8:23

We shall continue with this same topic in our next rotulus. God bless you.
